Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must satisfy the following conditions:

• Return request submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of perfumes or stains.
• All original brand tags, certificates of authenticity, and luxury gift boxes must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase (Order Invoice or Order ID) must be provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your User Dashboard and select My Orders.
2. Click Request Return / Exchange next to the order you wish to return.
3. Our concierge team will review your request within 24 hours and schedule a free doorstep pickup by BlueDart/DHL.
4. Pack the garment securely in its original packaging along with the invoice tag.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned package reaches our quality inspection facility, our master tailors will inspect the item within 48 hours. Upon approval, your refund will be credited instantly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking via Razorpay) within 3 to 5 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account via UPI.
